Professor and Chair Emeritus
| Dr. Binning, Professor, is the Chair Emeritus of the Political Science Department. He received his Masters Degree in 1966 from St. Anslem's college and his Ph.D. from the University of Notre Dame in 1970. He currently resides in Poland with his wife Maureen. |
