Exit Interview

An exit interview is required prior to receiving an undergraduate degree in mathematics. A senior should complete an Exit Interview form during the final semester (no later than the fifth or sixth week), and schedule an appointment with the department chair. This interview is strictly confidential and is used as a tool to seek improvements within the department.
