Sandusky, Seneca, Wyandot. District 3: Cuyahoga, Lake, Lorain, Medina,
Summit. District 4: Ashtabula, Geauga, Mahoning, Portage, Trumbull.
District 5: Carroll, Columbiana, Harrison, Holmes, Jefferson, Stark, Tucarawas,
Wayne. District 6: Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Knox, Licking,
Madison, Pickaway, Perry, Union. District 7: Auglaize, Champaign, Clark,
Darke, Greene, Logan, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby. District
