This disk is organized as follows:

     1.  File Readme 2.pdf explains, in general, about the programs
         included on the disk.  To read or print this file requires
         Adobe Acrobat Reader, which can be obtained for free
         at

     2.  The directory SSM contains the first chapter of
         the Student Solutions Manual as a PDF file. If you are
         interested in obtaining the entire Student Solutions
         Manual, it can likely be obtained at your local bookstore.

     3.  The directory PROGRAMS contains all of the programs,
         data, and further README files for each of the
         programming languages used.  The README files in
         each subdirectory are in pdf format.
